How to lower your blood pressure naturally?

Many hypertensive patients wonder if they can lower their blood pressure naturally, without any problems, or complications, and this is very logical.

Whereas the two most recent studies published on this subject reported, however, that a mixture of sesame and rice bran oil, or eating low-fat yogurt and making it a part of your diet, helps reduce blood pressure and increase heart health.

The first study found that a mixture of sesame and rice bran oil lowers blood pressure with the same efficiency as the medications used for pressure patients, while the second study showed that people who keep eating yogurt are less likely to have high blood pressure.

The results of the two studies were presented at the American Heart Association's (AHA) meeting, under the title Blood Pressure Research 2012, Washington, DC.

A spokeswoman for the association, Rachel Johnson, commented that (the two studies support the principle of treating high blood pressure with nutrition), known as the DASH system.

The DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension System) is a unique system in which the

For food in order to control high blood pressure, and food in this system consists mainly of vegetables and fruits, and the proportions

Low in saturated fat and salt.

(...The DASH diet recommends 2 to 3 servings of heart-healthy oils, and this is where we can

Use a mixture of sesame and rice bran oil, and it is also recommended to provide at least two servings of skimmed dairy products (and here we can offer skimmed yogurt)

And Rachel indicated that the new study confirmed what we already knew, about the relationship of food to blood pressure, and confirmed previous studies.

The first study dealt with 300 patients suffering from high blood pressure, part using medications, and the other part relied on a combination of

Sesame and bran oil, and others used both methods.  For a period of 60 days

The results were astonishing, as the subjects who used the mixture of sesame and bran oil recorded a decrease in the upper reading of 14 points and in the lower reading a decrease of 10.8 points compared to the drug users who achieved a decrease of 16.2 upper points and 12 lower points, while  The users of the two methods achieved the best results, and their pressure decreased by twice compared to the previous two samples.

In the second study, specialists followed for 14 years, more than 2,000 people suffering from high blood pressure, and the study concluded that people who eat yogurt have a 31% lower risk of infection if 2% of their calories are derived from yogurt.

This study is a lamp of new hope for patients with pressure, and until a final solution is found to treat blood pressure, these methods are considered useful in controlling blood pressure.

With our best wishes for their recovery.
